I enjoyed my stay at the Parasol Inn. The location was superb, with easy access to many temples and markets in the Old Town. While the service was generally good, I did encounter a lack of professionalism at the bar. The absence of an elevator was a bit of a hassle, but staff was helpful with my luggage. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a budget-friendly option while exploring Chiang Mai.

The room I stayed in was decently sized and clean, equipped with air conditioning. However, my room had a bit of a humidity smell initially, which improved with the aircon. The walls were quite thin, making nighttime noisy due to outside sounds.

Most of the staff were fantastic, especially the front desk ladies who were incredibly helpful. However, I did experience a frustrating moment at the terrace bar where the service was rushed and unaccommodating when I questioned a drink order.

Overall, my stay at Parasol Inn Chiang Mai Old City Hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to the Sunday Night Market, which I loved. However, the service left a lot to be desired, with some staff being rude and unhelpful. While the rooms were clean and spacious, there were a few shortcomings, especially in dining options that didn't quite meet my expectations.

Rooms
